This hotel appears to be working with a skeleton crew. Our room had no ammenities (no soap, no shampoo, no coffee maker). Desk clerk (only one on a Friday night), just caught the housekeeper before she left (7pm) or we would not have had soap until the AM (though "Plan B" was to look in other rooms). Couldn't get free wi-fi to work, and only the busy clerk available to answer questions, which she had no time to do. Bar tender could not finder matches anywhere. General maintenance looked poor - carpeting and elevators needed vacuuming. Only way to get coffee in the AM, was to buy a $? "small pot" from the restaurant, which opened at 6am. On the bright side, the bed WAS comfortable and the ROOM was clean.

I was on my way to Los Angeles and stayed here for the night. Good rate and a free full breakfast with my AAA card (good coffee :) Very satisfied with every aspect of the stay...the staff were friendly and helpful and the entire hotel was clean and quiet. Nice pool and hot tub too!
